Qualifications

• 3–4 years of actual word processing experience.
• Strong in Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
• Proficiency with the listed document and workflow software.

Responsibilities

• Process and proofread litigation documents with edits, redactions, metadata, and hyperlinks.
• Proofread work to ensure typographic accuracy for distribution.
• Meet deadlines and communicate estimates when timelines shift.
• Enter daily time for billing and log work in center systems.
• Learn and apply new software and tools; assist others with network applications.
