Candidates should have 5+ years of law firm experience, strong litigation knowledge, top organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-level administrative and legal support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a law firm, preferably in litigation.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal doc prep.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with high volume.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys.
• Prepare, edit, format, and revise legal documents.
• Assist with court filings and other litigation-related documents.
• Manage calendars, correspondence, mail, case files, and deadlines.
• Support attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and court logistics.
• Assist with document management, legal research, billing, time entry, and expenses.
• Coordinate travel and other administrative arrangements.
• Perform light paralegal duties and support the broader legal team as needed.
