Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates/bachelor’s in paralegal studies or related certificate preferred.
• 2+ years as an administrative assistant or paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal dept preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule calendar hearings and deadlines; organize case files and logistics.
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes.
• Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices.
• Improve administrative processes for efficiency.
• Assist with evidence review and case preparation.
