Job summary

Cameo Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a qualified Litigation Support Specialist to support a Federal client in Washington, DC. The role is full-time and long-term, focusing on eDiscovery, FOIA appeals, and EAJA processing.

You will manage case files, coordinate with VA staff, enter data into databases, prepare documents, and support risk management and records disposition. Strong Microsoft suite skills and a public trust clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with eDiscovery in legal or government contexts.
• Public Trust Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Competent with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Pro.

Responsibilities

• Open and develop a case file for each appeal from an agency decision.
• Coordinate with records custodians to obtain responsive information.
• Review case files for deficiencies and prepare summaries for decisions.
• Gather and interpret data from interviews and sources to understand case.
• Identify information/documents requested and provide case chronology.
• Enter data into VA/OCT or related databases and systems.
