Qualifications

• Three years of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.
• Highly organized and able to work independently in a team environment.
• Excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.
• Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US Citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Perform legal and administrative duties for Fraud Section (Special Matters Unit) investigations and trials.
• Assist with case organization and maintenance; prepare for witness interviews, discovery, and trials.
• Provide in-courtroom assistance, exhibit collection and review, and basic legal research.
• Utilize eDiscovery platforms to perform document review and summarize findings.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with DOJ components and other agencies.
• Organize and prioritize numerous tasks under tight deadlines.
• Work on multiple cases simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Log and organize discovery productions and proofread material.
• Summarize articles, reports, witness statements, and review documents for relevance.
