Job summary

CACI is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to assist in investigations and trials for the Department of Justice, Fraud Section. The role involves case organization, witness prep, discovery, and eDiscovery using Relativity, with potential team leadership responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have undergraduate or 3 years of litigation support experience, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or three years of experience on major litigation support projects.
• Excellent writing and strong oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery procedures and Relativity tools.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DOJ clearance (MBI).

Responsibilities

• Perform legal and administrative duties as requested by attorneys for investigations and trials.
• Assist with case organization, witness preparation, discovery, and trials.
• Provide in-courtroom support, exhibit collection and review, and legal research as needed.
• Utilize eDiscovery platforms to review documents and summarize findings.
• Maintain relationships with DOJ components and other agencies to support matters.
• Log and organize incoming/outgoing discovery and ensure timely delivery.
