A leading law firm is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to support eDiscovery and litigation technology operations across multiple offices.
This role will provide hands-on support throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle, including RelativityOne administration, document review and production, AI-assisted workflows, case preparation, and trial support. The ideal candidate has prior law firm or legal services experience and is comfortable supporting multiple active matters and time-sensitive litigation deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Support all phases of the EDRM lifecycle, including collection, processing, analytics, review, and production
- Assist with RelativityOne workspace setup, data loading, searches, metadata validation, permissions, and troubleshooting
- Maintain case workspaces and ensure compliance with ESI protocols, protective orders, and firm procedures
- Support AI-enabled workflows, including Relativity aiR-assisted review, summarization, and issue identification
- Validate AI outputs and elevate potential issues or risks
- Prepare document productions, including redactions, privilege checks, formatting, and quality control
- Track production deadlines, logs, and delivery confirmations
- Prepare exhibits, witness binders, deposition materials, demonstratives, and other case materials
- Assist attorneys with document searches, data pulls, file conversions, and exhibit preparation
- Set up and test courtroom and trial presentation technology
- Operate trial presentation and exhibit software during hearings, arbitrations, and trials
- Provide on-site or remote trial support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain chain-of-custody documentation, case records, and internal logs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2–5 years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience, preferably within a law firm or legal services environment
- Hands-on experience with RelativityOne in active litigation matters
- 2–3 years of Relativity, RelativityOne, or comparable platform experience preferred
- Relativity certifications are a plus
- Strong understanding of litigation discovery processes, workflows, and deadlines
- Familiarity with analytics-driven review tools, including TAR, email threading, and clustering
- Exposure to AI-assisted review workflows, including Relativity aiR, preferred
- Experience with trial presentation and exhibit tools such as TrialDirector, OnCue, Final Exhibits, or Adobe Acrobat Pro is preferred
- Familiarity with Progress ShareFile is a plus
- Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active matters
- Flexibility to work extended hours during trials and other peak litigation periods
- Ability to travel to court and between offices as needed
- Experience supporting complex or expedited litigation matters is a plus
