Job summary

Talent Acquisition LLC is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to bolster eDiscovery and litigation technology operations across offices. You will handle RelativityOne administration, document review/production, and AI-assisted workflows to support multiple active matters and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2–5 years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience, preferably in a law firm or legal services environment.
Hands-on experience with RelativityOne in active litigation matters.

Responsibilities

Support all phases of the EDRM lifecycle, including collection, processing, analytics, review, and production.
Assist with RelativityOne workspace setup, data loading, searches, metadata validation, permissions, and troubleshooting.
Maintain case workspaces and ensure compliance with ESI protocols, protective orders, and firm procedures.
Support AI-enabled workflows, including Relativity aiR-assisted review, summarization, and issue identification.
Validate AI outputs and elevate potential issues or risks.
Prepare document productions, including redactions, privilege checks, formatting, and quality control.
Track production deadlines, logs, and delivery confirmations.
Prepare exhibits, witness binders, deposition materials, demonstratives, and other case materials.
