The role requires at least 5 years in law firm operations, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and project management skills. The position boasts a salary range of $125,000 to $160,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in law firm operations, legal project management, litigation support, or a related field.
• Experience working within litigation environments, preferably employment litigation.
• Familiarity with attorney staffing or resource management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve standardized litigation staffing processes.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize technology supporting staffing workflows.
• Analyze staffing data to forecast needs and drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Case Staffing Managers and support change management.
