This role requires strong operational skills, analytical abilities, and experience in law firm operations or legal project management.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Case Staffing Managers and help foster efficiencies through process design and technology. A bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $160,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in law firm operations, legal project management, or litigation support.
• Experience in litigation environments, preferably employment litigation.
• Familiarity with attorney staffing and resource management.
