Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents for negotiations and proceedings
• Take depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients at trial

Location & Commitments

• Practice Area / Department: Litigation
• Status: Full-Time / Exempt
• Work Location: Hybrid - In-Office options available for this position.
• Must reside in the state of Georgia or Florida.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
• Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
