Qualificações

• Licensed attorney in Georgia (GA Bar)
• 5–6 years of recent insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet billing goals
• Ability to work independently and with a team

Responsabilidades

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents for negotiations and proceedings
• Take depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients at trial
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings
• Advise clients and negotiate on their behalf
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals for efficient case management
• Maintain up-to-date client files and records
