• Analyze matters, negotiate on client behalf, and supervise case management.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients; maintain client files.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.


• Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
