This role emphasizes meticulous work, client service, and handling complex defense matters across hearings and trials while supporting the firm's commitment to excellence and work-life balance.

The position is fully remote with Georgia residency required; candidates should bring Georgia Bar admission and 5+ years in insurance defense.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar admission is required.
• Minimum 5 years of recent insurance defense experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Must meet billing goals.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions) for negotiations and proceedings.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
• Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
