Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of recent insurance defense experience.
• Licensed attorney with Georgia Bar.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation and meet billing goals.

Aufgaben

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other documents for negotiations and proceedings.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, mediate, and represent clients at trial.
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, provide counsel to clients.
• Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location & Commitments:

• Work Location: Hybrid / In-Office options available for this position.
  • Must reside in Georgia.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
