Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP (GT), a global law firm, seeks a Practice Development Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role may sit in Atlanta, Delaware, Houston, Miami or Phoenix offices with regular in-office presence for meetings and relationship building.

You will work with the global litigation practice marketing team, manage specific practice areas, and support business development, events, and communications across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s or JD preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of marketing experience.
• Legal or professional services marketing experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports attorney requests and marketing initiatives.
• Deploys programs and events (teleconferences, webinars, seminars) including materials and logistics.
• Creates ads and collateral for events and sponsorships.
• Compiles information for directories and ranking authorities (Chambers USA, Legal 500, etc.).
• Prepares proposals and RFP responses using descriptions, databases and client lists.
• Distributes marketing materials, newsletters, press releases and client alerts.
• Ensures accurate information in databases and communications.
• Collaborates across marketing and business teams and supports firm priorities.
