Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of PR leadership for law firms or professional services.
• Strong writing portfolio translating complex topics into compelling copy.
• Excellent media relations and story pitching experience.
• Experience with PR databases (e.g., Cision).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Communications Officer and marketing leaders to run proactive communications programs.
• Develop story priorities and outreach strategies for thought leadership and media placements.
• Create and repurpose content for external communications across platforms.
• Write press releases and internal communications as needed.
• Plan awards submissions and manage thought leadership events and social channels.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to support marketing plans and community relations.
• Provide media relations support and preps for attorney interviews.
