The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, a JD from an accredited law school, admission to the state bar, and a proven trial record.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• 8+ years of litigation experience with a strong track record.
• Trial experience and ability to manage complex matters.
• Excellent research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; strong business development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation matters across multiple practice areas.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal advice and assess litigation risks.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with partners, associates and staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of legal developments and share knowledge.
• Participate in business development to attract new clients.
