Jobot is seeking a seasoned Litigation Partner to join its growing firm. This permanent role offers exposure to a diverse client base and complex matters across employment, land use, education, cannabis, corporate, government, and commercial litigation.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of litigation experience, a strong track record, and the ability to build relationships with clients while leading strategy and mentoring junior attorneys.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• 8+ years of experience in litigation with focus on employment law, land use/zoning, education law, cannabis law, corporate & business litigation, government-related litigation, commercial litigation, and business litigation.
• Proven track record of success in litigation, including trial experience.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong business development skills and ability to attract new clients.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of litigation matters across multiple areas.
• Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation.
• Providing sound legal advice on complex matters and potential litigation risks.
• Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborating with other partners, associates, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Keeping abreast of developments in the law and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's client base.
