Weissman seeks an experienced litigation paralegal to support its attorneys through all phases of litigation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong trial-preparation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines.

This in-office role in the Atlanta area requires proficient e-filing with state and federal courts, meticulous document management, and clear communication with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Litigation paralegal experience required.
• Experience preparing for bench and jury trials.
• Proficiency with iManage.
• Extensive e-filing experience with state and federal courts.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
• Ability to work in-office.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout the litigation process, from case initiation through trial.
• Assist with preparation for both bench and jury trials.
• Draft, organize, and maintain pleadings, discovery materials, exhibits, correspondence, and case files.
• Coordinate trial logistics, including witness materials, exhibits, notebooks, and court filings.
• Perform electronic filings with state and federal courts.
• Monitor court deadlines, hearing dates, discovery schedules, and trial calendars.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic files using iManage.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and outside vendors.
• Provide additional litigation and administrative support as needed.
