Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions; draft legal documents such as subpoenas and pleadings.
• Assist in case analysis meeting all applicable deadlines.
• E-file with both State and Federal Courts.
• Summarize medical and billing records.
• Summarize depositions and manage cases from inception to completion.
