Responsibilities

• Assist attorney(s) in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Draft legal documents such as subpoenas and pleadings.
• Assist in case analysis meeting all applicable deadlines.
• E-file with both State and Federal Courts.
• Summarize medical and billing records.
• Summarize depositions and manage cases from inception to completion.

We are currently hiring for a Paralegal for our Jacksonville, Florida location.

Qualifications Include

• 3 + years of experience in insurance defense litigation is a plus.
