The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple time-sensitive assignments while delivering high-quality support to attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research statutes, cases, and legal articles.
• Prepare briefs, pleadings, and appeals for review.
• Investigate facts and law to determine causes of action.
• Manage discovery materials electronically and physically.
• Prepare trial binders and materials for case prep.
• File pleadings with court clerk in person and electronically.
• Prepare affidavits of documents and maintain files.
• Deliver subpoenas to witnesses and parties.
• Maintain organized client files and time entries.
