Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely accurate and detailed in paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze statutes, decisions, and legal sources.
• Prepare briefs, pleadings, and other documents for attorneys.
• Investigate facts and law to determine causes of action.
• Assist with collection and organization of discovery materials.
• Prepare trial binders and materials for case preparation.
• File pleadings with court clerk (in person and electronically).
• Maintain organized client files, including electronic records.
• Record time worked in the billing system.
