The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience, strong research, and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple matters and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of litigation support experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent time-management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze sources such as statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles.
• Prepare pleadings, briefs, and appeals for review by attorneys.
• Investigate facts and law to determine causes of action and case preparation.
• Assist with collection, review, and organization of discovery materials.
• Prepare trial binders and other materials for trial preparation.
• File pleadings with court clerk in person and electronically.
• Prepare affidavits of documents and maintain files.
• Deliver subpoenas to witnesses and parties.
• Maintain accurate and organized client files and electronic records.
• Accurately record time worked and enter into billing system.
