Job summary

Faegre Drinker in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Business Litigation practice. You will provide high-level, detail-focused litigation support from case inception through conclusion and assist with discovery, document management, and trial preparation.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience, or 5+ years in lieu of education; a paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 5+ years of related experience in lieu of education.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program preferred.
• Experience with litigation at the federal and state level.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level, detail focused litigation support from case inception through conclusion.
• Assist with discovery, including collection, organization, management, review, redaction and production.
• Track and manage productions, redactions, expert materials, and exhibit lists.
• Organize large information/data sets and prepare witness files for deposition.
• Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for trial/arbitration.
• Attend trial and provide onsite support during proceedings.
