Job summary

Considine Search is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a premier AM Law firm. The role covers all phases of litigation from filing to discovery, trial and post-trial matters, with a focus on organization, document management and precise e-discovery coordination.

You will support attorneys, prepare deposition materials, draft motions, manage briefing books, and assist with trial logistics. A Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience, and paralegal certification are required; strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in litigation support or as a paralegal.
• Paralegal Certificate required or equivalent.
• Experience with Concordance, Case Logistix and Relativity preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within teams.
• Previous law firm experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain case material and e-rooms.
• Prepare documents for Bates-numbering, redaction, scanning and indexing.
• Categorize and maintain files in chronological, numerical, and subject matter order.
• Support e-Discovery and electronic productions with vendors.
• Assist in preparing chronologies, indices, and summaries from discovery.
