Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Chicago is seeking a Junior Litigation Paralegal to support a growing litigation team. You will work closely with attorneys on all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial, in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, with 3–5+ years of related experience and proficiency in MS Office. The position offers hybrid/on-site work, a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal court procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic case files.
• Draft routine correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses under supervision.
• Coordinate court filings, service of process, and document management.
• Manage litigation calendars and track court deadlines, hearings, and depositions.
• Organize, review, and summarize records, discovery materials, and case documents.
• Support attorneys during depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
