Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our Houston office. You will work directly with one attorney, managing cases from intake through resolution in a hands-on role.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of plaintiff-side paralegal experience, excels at communication, discretion, and attention to detail, and is comfortable handling sensitive matters. Travel to Atlanta or Birmingham may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff-side paralegal experience.
• Ability to independently manage files.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Discretion and empathy when handling sensitive matters.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Oversee a portfolio of sexual abuse litigation cases.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients.
• Provide regular updates and gather essential evidence.
• Manage files independently with minimal oversight.
• Occasionally travel to collaborate with teams in Atlanta or Birmingham.
