Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience on the plaintiff side.
• Full-time in-office work commitment.
• Ability to independently manage a file with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and empathy handling sensitive subject matter.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.
• Organize and maintain case files and ensure documents are accurately filed.
• Maintain case management databases and track deadlines.
• Assist with witness and evidence preparation for trial.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses.
• Summarize depositions, interrogatories, medical records, and testimony.
• Attend trials and provide on-site support to attorneys as needed.
