We are seeking a high-level, empathetic, and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing plaintiff-side litigation team in a major metropolitan office in Texas. In this role, you will work directly with a lead attorney and may support 1–2 additional attorneys as needed. You will not simply be “processing” files — you will manage cases from intake through resolution. This position is ideal for an experienced plaintiff-side paralegal who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Full File Management: Oversee cases throughout the entire lifecycle, from pre-litigation and discovery through trial preparation.
- Diverse Caseload: Manage a portfolio that includes sexual abuse litigation (with a strong emphasis on consistent client communication and support) as well as single-event matters such as motor vehicle accidents, product liability, and general personal injury claims.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and gathering critical evidence.
- Limited Travel: Occasional travel may be required to collaborate with team members in other regional offices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience on the plaintiff side.
- Ability to work in-office full-time.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage files with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.
