We are seeking a high-level, empathetic, and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing plaintiff-side litigation team in a major metropolitan office in Texas. In this role, you will work directly with a lead attorney and may support 1–2 additional attorneys as needed. You will not simply be “processing” files — you will manage cases from intake through resolution. This position is ideal for an experienced plaintiff-side paralegal who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Full File Management: Oversee cases throughout the entire lifecycle, from pre-litigation and discovery through trial preparation.
• Diverse Caseload: Manage a portfolio that includes sexual abuse litigation (with a strong emphasis on consistent client communication and support) as well as single-event matters such as motor vehicle accidents, product liability, and general personal injury claims.
• Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and gathering critical evidence.
• Limited Travel: Occasional travel may be required to collaborate with team members in other regional offices.
