Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of litigation support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or equivalent; paralegal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of products liability litigation, including discovery, pleadings, and trial prep.
• Review and summarize medical records, incident reports, and case documents.
• Prepare subpoenas, discovery requests, and drafting of legal documents.
