Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking an experienced Asbestos Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support attorneys handling asbestos and product liability litigation. This role supports cases from inception through trial in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions and other documents; performing legal research; reviewing records; and maintaining electronic and physical case files and calendars.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in asbestos or plaintiff-side civil litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
