L&W Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for our St. Louis office to support attorneys in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff asbestos matters, and a paralegal degree or certificate is preferred but not required. The role requires excellent organization, strong computer and procedural skills, and clear written and verbal communication.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years as a litigation paralegal, ideally in plaintiff asbestos litigation.
• Highly organized with strong computer and procedural skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work independently with attorneys and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Support attorneys in every phase of litigation, from intake through trial.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and discovery; prepare discovery requests and responses.
• File and serve filings; coordinate and schedule depositions.
• Track client files, calendars, and court rules; assist with trial preparation.
