Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal in Charlotte to join a growing law firm with a strong team culture and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience, preferably in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of litigation, drafting and filing complaints and related documents, handling discovery, maintaining litigation calendars, and supporting motion,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time-management and self-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and manage all aspects of cases in litigation
• Draft and file complaints and related legal documents
• Handle all aspects of discovery
• Maintain litigation calendars and coordinate scheduling
• Assist with motion, arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation
• Prepare written and medical summaries
• Prepare and maintain trial notebooks
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to keep cases moving efficiently
