Talantage, LLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal specializing in personal injury to coordinate pre-litigation and litigation tasks under attorney direction.

The role requires drafting substantive legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and managing discovery, deadlines, and case files. Supervising two pre-litigation case managers and a legal secretary, you will ensure timely progression and accurate document handling.

Responsabilidades

• Manage personal injury cases through pre-litigation and litigation, under attorney supervision.
• Draft complaints, briefs, motions, and other legal documents for attorney review.
• Conduct legal research and prepare clear, well-supported summaries.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses; organize supporting documents and track outstanding discovery.
• Maintain litigation deadlines, court dates, filing requirements, and attorney calendars.
• Assist with deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation, including exhibits and case materials.
• Obtain, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, insurance information, and other evidence.
• Prepare demand packages and support settlement negotiations under attorney direction.
• Communicate with clients, insurers, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court personnel regarding case status and outstanding information.
• Oversee two pre-litigation case managers and a legal secretary, coordinating assignments, monitoring progress, and reviewing work for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify case obstacles, follow up on outstanding items, and elevate issues requiring attorney attention.
• Maintain accurate, organized case files and protect confidential client information.

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal, Personal Injury

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with substantial experience in both litigation and pre-litigation case management. The ideal candidate brings strong legal research, writing, organizational, and critical-thinking skills, along with the ability to move cases forward with minimal supervision under attorney direction.

This position requires the ability to prepare substantive legal work that is ready for attorney review, requiring primarily review and polish rather than substantial revision. The paralegal will also oversee two pre-litigation case managers and a legal secretary to support effective case progression and team coordination. Only qualified and experienced candidates will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in a personal injury law firm.
• Paralegal certificate or relevant degree.
