Valiente Mott Injury Attorneys 1 in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support our trial team. You will coordinate all phases of litigation before, during, and after trial, conduct interviews, draft discovery, perform legal research, file documents, and prepare for trial.

The ideal candidate has injury litigation experience, exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Conduct legal research and initial case assessments
• Draft written discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, and motions and file them with the court
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics etc)
• Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices
• Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
• Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties

We are looking for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to be the backbone of our litigation and trial team. You will be responsible for the coordination of all the details before, during, and after trial. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including conducting interviews, preparing drafts of written discovery, legal research, document filing, and preparing for trial.

This position requires attention to detail, an ability to multi-task, and an ability to work in high-pressured situations.

Great candidates will have personal injury litigation paralegal experience and an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
