2 years of litigation paralegal experience with trial experience.
Successful completion of Paralegal degree or certificate.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Ability to support attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities

Receive, prioritize, and process requests for document reviews or legal assistance.
Research laws, judicial decisions, and legal articles relevant to cases.
Perform moderately complex legal research and summarize transcripts for attorneys.
Write preliminary drafts of legal memoranda and correspondence.
Assist in preparing draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, memoranda of law, exhibits, etc.; review for relevance and privilege; support discovery and trial.
