Job summary

Consilio, LLC’s client in Washington, DC, seeks a litigation paralegal with 2–4+ years of experience to support attorneys in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong proofreading, research, and organizational skills.

You will manage pleadings, supervise project documentation, and assist with electronic filings (ECF) and court rules. This is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with a boutique firm headquartered in DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2–4+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Ability to proofread material for errors and write clearly and efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ECF and court filing systems is helpful but not required.
• Experience with document management and invoice review is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in daily litigation support and ensure timely delivery of work.
• Review, organize, prepare, and index materials per file maintenance procedures.
• Establish and maintain pleadings files and related notebooks and exhibits.
• Conduct case research using online resources and firm libraries.
• Utilize LexisNexis, Westlaw, and PACER; manage calendar/docketing systems.
