Job summary

Amentum seeks a Senior Paralegal to join our team supporting a new DOJ project in Washington, DC. This full-time, onsite role reports to a Supervisory Paralegal or Project Manager and entails extensive litigation support, including discovery, document review, and trial preparation.

Applicants should have a paralegal certificate or JD, or be a law student, plus 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Proficiency with Relativity, LEXIS/Westlaw and other eDiscovery tools is required.

Qualifications

• Paralegal or legal student with strong research and writing skills.
• Experience supporting litigation teams; familiarity with discovery and eDiscovery.
• Proficient in legal research tools and managing case materials.

Responsibilities

• Index case files, manage litigation support tasks, and screen privilege documents.
• Draft concise written documents and perform basic legal research.
• Prepare witnesses, exhibits, and evidence binders for discovery and motions.
• Track discovery items and assist with trial preparation and document review.
• Utilize Relativity, Casemap and Oncue to support investigations.
