Job summary

Two+ years of litigation paralegal or project experience, plus solid note-taking and documentation abilities, are essential. Spanish skills and Relativity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document calls received through the claimant hotline.
• Conduct follow-up communications with individuals who submitted complaints.
• Gather facts and claimant-provided information without making determinations.
• Maintain accurate case records, notes, and documentation.
• Organize, store, and track documents from claimants and other sources.
• Provide paralegal and case-management support for active matters.
• Search databases for prior or similar complaints and related matters.
