A national Mesothelioma/Asbestos law firm in Culver City is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team on a temp-to-hire basis. You will manage discovery, e-file in CA state and federal courts, and support trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage discovery, including form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, RFAs, and RFPs.
• Utilize and customize discovery templates and shells as needed.
• E-file documents in state and federal courts.
• Maintain and monitor litigation calendars and critical deadlines.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case organization.
• Support all phases of litigation from discovery through trial.

Salary: USD35 - USD40 per hour

A national and highly respected Mesothelioma/Asbestos law firm in Culver City is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team on a temp-to-hire basis. The firm is looking for a professional with strong litigation support experience who can immediately contribute to case management, discovery, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage discovery, including:
  • Form Interrogatories
  • Special Interrogatories
  • Requests for Admission (RFAs)
  • Requests for Production (RFPs)
• Utilize and customize discovery templates and shells as needed
• E-file documents in both California state and federal courts
• Maintain and monitor litigation calendars and critical deadlines
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case organization
• Support all phases of litigation from discovery through trial

Required Qualifications
