Trustpoint.One is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a 100% remote role supporting a Mass Torts Practice Group focused on complex consumer protection litigation and defense matters. The ideal candidate has hands-on California court and filing experience and thrives in a high-volume, sophisticated environment.

• Litigation paralegal experience required.
• Strong California court and filing experience required.
• Experience in mass tort, consumer protection, product liability, or defense litigation is a plus.
• Proficiency with eDiscovery and large-volume document management.

Responsabilidades

• Support cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and arbitration.
• Prepare and draft routine written discovery and assist with document production.
• Manage large volumes of documents, including organization, review, redaction, and production.
• Support eDiscovery, including searches, productions, redactions, and tracking document dispositions.
• Analyze and synthesize complex records and data to assist with case evaluations.
• Prepare comprehensive witness files and deposition materials.
• Prepare damages, financial, and settlement calculations using case documentation and records.
• Create clear, concise reports and case summaries for attorneys and clients.
• Manage calendars and deadlines for a high-volume litigation practice.
• Work independently while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication.
• Assist with special projects and other litigation-related responsibilities.

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic Mass Torts Practice Group supporting complex consumer protection litigation and defense matters.

This is a 100% remote opportunity for a highly organized litigation professional who has hands-on California court and filing experience and enjoys working on sophisticated, high-volume litigation.

• Support cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and arbitration.
• Work with matters pending in California state and federal courts, as well as arbitration.
• Prepare and draft routine written discovery and assist with document production.

What We’re Looking For

• Litigation Paralegal experience required
• Strong California court and filing experience REQUIRED
• Experience with California state and federal litigation preferred.
• Mass tort, consumer protection, product liability, or defense litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong discovery, eDiscovery, and document management experience.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information and identify key facts.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
