Job summary

Sherman Oaks Law Firm seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Personal Injury and Mass Tort practice. The ideal candidate will manage cases through all stages of litigation with strong organizational skills and independent work style.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing deadlines, coordinating depositions and medical records, and supporting trial preparation for mass tort matters. PI focus preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in PI or Mass Tort.
• Solid knowledge of California civil litigation procedures and court rules.
• Hands-on discovery, depositions, e-filing, and trial prep.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a growing Personal Injury and Mass Torts law firm in Sherman Oaks. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage cases through all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and motions.
• Manage litigation deadlines, court filings, and case calendars.
• Coordinate depositions, expert witnesses, and medical records.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, and trial binders.
• Manage multiple active cases and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
• Support mass tort litigation, including large caseloads and complex discovery.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiff-side Personal Injury or Mass Torts.
• Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures and court rules.
• Hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, e-filing, and trial preparation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
