NW Recruiting Partners is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a well-established Downtown Seattle law firm with hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative legal team.

Responsibilities include case management, document preparation, discovery coordination, and calendar management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years paralegal experience; litigation experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
• Professional judgment when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with day-to-day case and matter management.
• Keep case information, documents, and deadlines organized and up to date.
• Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and case materials.
• Help coordinate discovery, document requests, and related case activities.
• Support attorneys with hearings, depositions, meetings, and other legal proceedings.
• Review court updates and maintain accurate case calendars.
• Compile information and documents for attorney review and case preparation.
• Handle administrative and case-related tasks as needed.
