LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in its Boise office to support sophisticated civil litigation matters. The role offers mentorship, training, and long-term growth within a collaborative team environment.

Key duties include drafting pleadings and discovery, performing legal research, and managing eDiscovery projects. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of paralegal experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters with precision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience required.
• Experience with discovery management and eDiscovery processes.
• Familiarity with litigation document review databases.
• Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Manage discovery, document productions, privilege logs, and litigation databases.
• Coordinate document collection, review, and eDiscovery projects.
• Organize, review, and summarize records, testimony, and case materials.
• Assist with witness and expert coordination.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and other trial materials.
• Maintain case files and support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel.
