Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our Boise, Idaho client. The role requires 5+ years in litigation, including Idaho civil matters, with strong organizational skills to manage discovery and support trial preparation.

The position offers a direct-hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote after a 90-day onsite training period) and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience including Idaho civil matters.
• Knowledge of Idaho civil litigation procedures, rules, deadlines.
• Experience with online litigation document review databases and EDRM understanding.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys during litigation, including case assessments and discovery.
• Draft and organize pleadings, motions, memoranda, subpoenas, and witness outlines.
• Coordinate document collection, review, production, and discovery logs.
• Review testimony, records, and expert reports for relevance and privilege.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness lists; coordinate court filings.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to move matters forward.
