Stoel Rives LLP in Boise, Idaho has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal who will assist attorneys in delivering legal services, working under the supervision of firm lawyers and, when needed, directly with clients.

Key duties include drafting subpoenas, interrogatories, motions, and memorandums; managing discovery and eDiscovery databases; organizing documents and exhibits for trial; and supporting client relations and trial preparation.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related litigation experience with analytical and written research capabilities.
• Experience with online litigation document review and EDRM is desirable.

Mansioni

• Draft subpoenas, interrogatories, motions, memorandums, and witness/deposition outlines.
• Manage discovery documents, eDiscovery databases, and outside reviewers.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness lists; coordinate with clients and attorneys.
• Assist with pretrial motions and post-claim investigations; maintain organized files.
