LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Chicago law firm to hire a Litigation Paralegal for its growing litigation practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and wants exposure to sophisticated litigation matters beyond routine document review.

The role will support state and federal filings nationwide, manage deadlines and matter information, and grow into more substantive paralegal work.

Formación

• Litigation experience or strong litigation fundamentals.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable researching answers independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage state and federal court filings and e-filing across jurisdictions.
• Track deadlines, court rules, and filing requirements.
• Calendar litigation deadlines and maintain matter information.
• Prepare initial drafts of routine motions and settlement agreements.
• Communicate with courts and judges' chambers as needed.
• Support attorneys across a national litigation practice.
