Qualifications

• Litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with court websites and e-filing procedures.
• Well-developed organization and time management skills.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a busy caseload.
• Draft and update spreadsheets to track case status.
• Assist in document review, organization and production; prepare privilege logs.
• Assist with depositions, exhibit prep and digest deposition transcripts.
• Organize files, pleadings, discovery and related materials.
• Review court dockets and e-filing notifications.
• Assist counsel across pre-trial, trial and post-trial phases.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery demands/responses, trial lists, and other docs.
• Intake and organize large document productions from clients and others.
